Welcome to the Social Science for Schools blog, which is managed by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), in partnership with the Royal Anthropological Institute (RAI) and the Royal Geographical Society (RGS).
This blog coincides with the ESRC’s website for teachers, Social Science for Schools.
We created this blog for a number of reasons:
- So teachers can talk to us, give us feedback and ask for advice
- So we can talk to teachers and keep them up-to-date with what we’re doing for schools
- So teachers can talk to each other, share ideas, advice, and thoughts
If you want to comment on any of the posts, you need to subscribe to the blog. You can do this on the right hand side of the homepage under ‘Details’. Also, if you subscribe, we can keep you up-to-date with any new publications or resources on our schools site, www.socialscienceforschools.org.uk.
If you’d like to get in contact with us then please email schools@esrc.ac.uk. Our postal address is:
